Building the buzz before going live

For this stunning three-storey home at 14 Findlay Street, I was brought in to capture a behind-the-scenes look at the final stages of getting the property ready for market.

Over a few days, I filmed various suppliers — including the home stager, photographer, and videographer — as they worked their magic preparing the home for its launch. The aim was to create a series of short, engaging video teasers designed to build hype and generate early interest on social media before the listing officially went live.

The content was edited into bite-sized reels and stories optimised for Instagram, giving potential buyers a sneak peek of the home’s standout features while creating anticipation for the full listing.
